Reservation Policy
- In order to confirm your booking you need to pay atleast 50 % of your total booking amount as advance
- The food charges will be extra and will be payable during checkout
- The charges are tax inclusive
- Planet Stays reserves the right to cancel any booking due to abuse or any other unexpected circumstances
Guest cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund of advance, the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
- If you cancel after that, you’ll not be paid back the advance amount
