The Cottage has two floors, with 2 bedrooms on second floor and another one on first floor. There is a dedicated living cum dining area with an open kitchen on the first floor. The place is filled with amenties like geysers, heaters, fiber internet, power backup and smart TVs to name a few.

There are two balconies, one on each of the floors. One can enjoy the mesmerising view of Doon Valley from there. The area is surrounded by oak and pine forests to keep you cool during the summers. The area receives ample snow during the winter months also. ​

There is a permanent staff of 2 at the property including a Chef and cleaning staff. They stay in separate servant quarters. Barbecue and bonfire can be arranged on request. The property is located in Vincent hill near Guru Nanak School. It is around 2 kms from Mussoorie mall road.
