The Villa has a single floor, with 3 bedrooms on it. There is a dedicated living cum dining area. There is a dedicated fireplace for each bedroom and in the living hall. The villa is located in a courtyard of stone surrounded by lush green gardens on all sides. The place is filled with amenties like geysers, heaters, fiber internet, power backup and TVs to name a few.

One can enjoy the mesmerising view of snow capped Himalayas and Doon valley from the villa. The area is surrounded by oak and pine forests to keep you cool during the summers. The area receives ample snow during the winter months also. ​

There is a permanent staff of 2 at the property including a Chef and cleaning staff. They stay in separate servant quarters. Barbecue and bonfire can be arranged on request. The property is located in sisters bazaar, landour. It is around 4 kms from Mussoorie mall road.
