The space has two luxurious rooms spaced out in wooden cottages. Each of the room has necessary facilities for a comfortable stay and house an attached washroom. Each of the rooms opens to a view of the valley. The stay includes breakfast while the space has a dining space that offers freshly cooked lunch and dinner.

The space is located in the Naina Devi Bird Sanctuary, one of the hotspots for bird watching. The space is easily accessible by road. The parking to the space is a walk of 300 metres. One can easily reach here by private cars or taxis. The latter can be facilitated on request.
